![]() Counseling Services Depression, grief and troubled relationships are powerful issues that many families face. These difficult issues affect everyone in the family - adults and children alike - and harm their ability to do a good job at work, school and in the community. In many cases, the best way to find solutions is with professional counseling. We are available whether you want to address a specific problem requiring just a few sessions or are seeking longer term therapy to work through long standing issues.
Getting StartedTo get started, call us at 317-634-6341. Our intake counselor will answer any questions you have about therapy. If you are interested in getting started, you will be asked a few brief questions, and will be able to make an initial appointment with a therapist to discuss your concerns. What to expectYou and your therapist will develop an individual treatment plan which will include your goals for making changes. You may discuss both your past and current experiences to better understand your present circumstances. Your therapist will support and encourage your strengths as well as help you find alternatives for dealing with your difficult issues. Appointment TimesCounseling is available at any of our four central Indiana locations, and we offer both daytime and evening appointments. Some people meet with their therapist weekly or more often, determined by the severity of the situation. FeesOur not-for-profit agency is committed to making services flexible, affordable and helpful to participants, so that individuals can move forward with their lives. Fees are based on each family's unique circumstances to pay. Medicaid and other insurance plans are accepted. |
